What cartoon/box sizes do we supply?

We are able to supply all required sizes of cartoons or boxes.

How long baggage would take to get to the destination?

Sea international shipping would take 6-10 weeks
Air freight shipments normally take anything between 3 and 15 days.

Does the total cost includes protection?

No but we can assist to find a negotiable cover.

How can I pay?

We accept credit or debit card, bank account transfer, cash at our office, cheques "require clearance- this will delay your service".

Can I bring my baggage into your office?

Yes as long as its not large, if shipment is large please contact us to arrange collection.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, as we charge in advance.

Why sometimes our charge based on volume and not the actual weight?

International air cargo convention says to charge for volume or weight whichever is greater.
